Pass It On will deliver furniture and large items for a fee (see fee schedule below) and within a 15-mile radius of the center. Deliveries are scheduled on Saturdays and typically require a lead time of approximately 4 weeks. We will deliver items only to first-floor locations, garages, and buildings with an elevator. Delivery fees are paid at the time of purchase of the item and before scheduling a delivery. We do not refund delivery fees, so please ensure the item will fit in your space and through hallways and doorways.
$60 for up to 5 items plus $20 for each item over 5
$75 for large items such as sleeper sofas and recliners
We do not deliver pianos.
Pick Up of Donated Items
Pass It On offers a pick-up service for furniture and items too large to fit in your vehicle. Pick-ups are typically available as follows, but require a lead time of approximately 2 to 4 weeks:
Mondays - Daytime
Tuesdays - Daytime
Thursdays - Daytime and Evening (No evening service during the winter months.)
Our small truck is fitted with a liftgate. We offer this service free of charge and within a fifteen mile radius of the center. We can pick up items from the first floor, garage, and buildings with an elevator. Pianos are accepted if dropped off at the store, but we do not offer pick-up service for pianos. We reserve the right to carefully inspect items for pickup and may choose not to take some or all of the items.
